Terms of Service
The agreement between your business and [LEGAL NAME] for using OperaQ.
Version 2026-10-12 · Effective October 12, 2026
1. Who we are
OperaQ is business software operated by [LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us"), [REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS], [SEC / DTI REGISTRATION NO.]. These Terms apply when you sign up for OperaQ, use it, or let your staff use it.
By ticking "I agree" at sign-up, or by using OperaQ, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement for the business you sign up.
2. Your account and your company
The person who signs up becomes the owner of the company's workspace. The owner invites staff and chooses what each role can see and do.
You keep your sign-in details private and tell us at once if you think someone else used them. You are responsible for what happens under your company's logins.
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to sign up for the business you name.
3. Free trial and plans
Every new company starts with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial.
Paid plans and their prices are on our website. Before you are ever asked to pay, we show you the plan, the price and how billing works, and you choose to continue or not.
If you do not continue after the trial, your workspace is closed and your data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes.
4. Your data
Your business data (your cars, bookings, customers, payments, documents and staff) stays yours. We use it only to run OperaQ for you, as the Data Processing Agreement says.
You may export your data at any time while your workspace is open.
You are responsible for having the right to put your customers' and staff's personal information into OperaQ, and for telling them how you use it.
5. Fair use
- Do not use OperaQ for anything illegal, to send spam, or to store information you have no right to keep.
- Do not try to reach another company's data, break or overload the service, or get around its security.
- Do not copy, resell or rebuild OperaQ without our written permission.
6. Availability, backups and support
We work to keep OperaQ running and secure. Your data is backed up every day and backups are kept for 14 days.
Support is by email: a real person replies the same day. Planned maintenance is announced ahead of time when we can.
OperaQ is provided as it is. Some features are marked "coming soon" or "not available yet": they are not part of the service until they open.
7. Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us for OperaQ in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using OperaQ at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these Terms, after telling you why when we can.
9. Changes to these Terms
When these Terms change, we publish the new version here with a new version number and effective date and tell owners by email before it applies. The version you agreed to is recorded with your company.
10. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes go to the courts of [CITY], unless the law gives you another choice.
